Our wine tours are friendly, fun and informative, with great access to several of our award winning, small scale winemakers.

We typically run wine tours for small groups of 2-6 people, but can also organise tours for larger numbers.

Wine Discoveries wine tours are run by Brendan Moore. Brendan lives in Burgundy and has been running tours successfully for many years. He is a long standing friend who has helped us track down many of our wines.

How does it work?
We run wine tours in the Burgundy (Chablis, Cote de Nuits, Cote de Beaune, Cote Chalonnais, Maconnais, Beaujolais) and Champagne wine regions.

Most clients drive themselves down to the area or arrive by train.
We can help you with good local advice on suggested hotels, B&Bs and restaurants to suit your budget.

Brendan, your personal guide for the day, collects you around 9.30am and returns you to your hotel around 5.30pm.

Mornings start with a vineyard visit, an introduction to the region and its wines and then a visit to a small scale winemaker. After hand shakes all round and a tour of the winery and cellars you will be invited to sample their range of wines. After a picnic or local restaruant lunch (as you wish) the afternoon continues with a visit to a different winemaker, before driving to your hotel replenished and enthused! For a two or three day tour, the trip continues the following day with visits to new areas and winemakers.

How much does it cost?
Wine Discoveries Wine Tours cost £150 per person per day.
