How do I buy wine?

Buying wines from the Wine Discoveries website is easy. Just follow these simple steps to complete your order.

1. Choose your wine(s) using the menu on the left or the buttons above.

2. Select the quantity you want to buy. They will be added to your basket.

3. When you have at least 12 bottles (mixed as you wish), proceed to the checkout.

4. Existing customers enter their password to access their account.
If you are not an existing customer, you will be prompted to set up an account with us. You will be asked for your name, delivery address, contact phone number, payment details and where we can leave your wine should you be out.

5. That's it! You will receive an email confirming your order and your case(s) will normally arrive within 3-5 working days.

Where do you deliver to and what are the charges?
We deliver to any personal or business address (except PO Box numbers) on the UK mainland. Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days from receipt of your order and payment, although we cannot guarantee this.

Delivery - £5.99 *
Orders under £175 to UK mainland addresses beyond our local area incur a delivery charge of £5.99 per address to cover delivery costs and packaging.

Delivery - £2.99
We make a smaller charge of £2.99 for selected local postcodes (TN1, TN2, TN3, TN4, TN6, TN7, TN8, TN9, TN11, TN12, TN17, TN22, TN32, TN33, BN27). These orders are delivered by Fastway Couriers or Wine Discoveries.

FREE delivery
We currently add no delivery charge for orders over £175 and for deliveries to our closest postcodes - TN5, TN19, TN20 and TN21. These orders are delivered by Wine Discoveries.

* Please note that we are charged a surcharge by courier companies of about £25 to deliver to some Scottish Highlands postcodes, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and The Channel Islands. Our website is not able to add surcharges to these postcodes, but we will contact you to let you know how much the surcharge is and to give you the option to complete the order or not.
