Bon viveur and ex paratrooper and rugby player Daniel Seguinot has 17 hectares of vines in and around Chablis, includinig some wonderful 1er Cru plots in the Fourchaume field. Daniel is built like the proverbial brick outhouse with a hand shake to match but he is always laughing and it is clear that his loyal French customers love him. Ably assisted by his two daughters, he runs a spotless winery with stainless steel tanks and top of the range equipment, including three Bucher presses and a Gregoire picking machine. A great family and great wines! |
