Chateau Unang - James King Our Wines > Our Wine Makers > Chateau Unang - James King
|
James King bought 20-hectares of vines at Chateau Unang in Provence in 2001 and invested time, sweat and blood
(not too much of the latter) to improve the quality of the grapes and the wine coming from them. Now his wines are starting to get noticed and we are proud to welcome him as our first non French winemaker. His oak-aged 2005 red, cuvée 'La
Source', was the second ranked Cotes du Ventoux in the recent 'La Revue des Vins de France' Rhone edition earlier this month and we can see why. |
