4% of wine sold in the UK last year was rosé, but much of it is over confected and one dimensional. These are the real thing made from leaving clear juice from black grapes in contact with their skins for a few hours, not by mixing white and red wine. Serve chilled from the fridge all year round on their own or with fish and grilled food.
